Wednesday, October 23rd
Today the large cruise ship Emerald Princess was in port so I took advantage of the opportunity to let Journey meet some new friends on the boardwalk near the seaport. He met a gentleman in a motorized chair who had his service dog with him and some nice folks from Australia, California, Florida and Ohio, among others. He must have met nearly 50 people today.
As you’ll see in the pictures, Journey experienced the noise of tour buses and also dump trucks moving gravel from the port. He also had the chance to say hello to a security guard.
